How does the pricing work?

Cover two systems — say an HRV and a furnace — and take $10.00 off your annual total; add a third, like AC, furnace, and a hot water tank, and you save $20.00/year (about $1.67/month). Give us a call and we'll quote your specific equipment.
What's the difference between the Maintenance Plan and Premium Protection?
The Maintenance Plan covers the annual tune-up, equipment cleaning, and priority booking. Premium Protection is an optional add-on for $16.99/month on top of any plan — it adds 15% off parts and labour on repairs, priority emergency response, and member-only savings year-round. Most members upgrade once they've seen the parts-and-labour savings pay for themselves.
What if my equipment is older or already has issues?
We'll do an initial assessment before signing you up. If there's existing damage or wear that needs repair, we'll quote that separately and recommend whether maintenance makes sense or whether you're looking at a retrofit. We don't enroll equipment we can't keep running reliably.
Do you cover all brands?
Yes — our technicians service all major residential heating, cooling, water-heating, and fireplace brands. We carry common parts on the truck and source the rest fast.
