Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging Bergeron Mechanical for HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Quotes assume normal site conditions; we will notify you before any change in scope or price. Final price is confirmed in writing prior to work beginning.

Service warranty

Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from date of service. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product — typically 5 to 10 years on parts. We register all qualifying installations on your behalf when applicable.

Emergency service

24/7 emergency dispatch is provided as availability allows. After-hours, weekend, and holiday rates apply and are quoted before dispatch. Emergency response times are best-effort and depend on weather, traffic, and ongoing call volume.

Customer obligations

You are responsible for providing safe access to equipment, accurate information about the system and prior service, and timely payment per agreed terms. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible equipment or undisclosed conditions.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Approved financing applies per the financing partner's terms. Late payments may accrue interest at the legal rate.

Liability

Bergeron Mechanical carries comprehensive liability and workmanship insurance. Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
